Exchange Policy

We at The Myanmar Gentlemen Supplies™(#mmgents™) believe that our customers want their purchased items as soon as possible and there's nothing more frustrating than receiving the wrong order after expecting them to reach into your hands. #mmgents™ takes pride in fulfilling our customers orders and sending them out with quality checks to ensure that our customers enjoy their purchases. Rest assured that we do not want you to receive any orders that is less than satisfactory.

However, if you feel that what you ordered is incorrectly sent or faulty, please contact us immediately here by providing your Order No., details of the fault and a photograph of the fault. We will initiate the exchange procedure only after we have verified that the item is incorrectly sent or faulty. The exchanging items must not be tampered or used in any way and must be in the original packaging. The returned items must reach to our office for the exchange procedure to begin and they are your responsibility until they reach our office.

Please do note that we will not entertain any exchange requests submitted after the 72 hours of receiving them. Only incorrectly sent orders and faulty items are accepted for exchange and only a one-to-one exchange is allowed. Purchases are therefore strictly non-refundable and it is your duty to verify the order items before completing the order.
